Craniosacral Therapy with Madeline

"As a person moves into a meditative state their cranial wave begins to synchronize with their breath. When the breath meshes with the cranial wave it is not simply an interesting physiological event. There are profound changes in the inner world of the dreambody. It is a time of deep harmony. The heart comes home.
A person living in tune with their cranial wave is at one with themself and their world, free of inner dissonance. They feel deeply nurtured, not by external forces but by their Self. Reaching this state, they can begin to live in accordance with the ebb and flow of an ancient inner tide. Experiencing this level of harmony inside, the individual no longer searches for answers outside. She is home." -Hugh Milnes

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on practice that invites the body to remember its own natural rhythm of healing. Using a light touch — often no more than the weight of a nickel — I listen to the subtle movements of the bones, tissues, and fluids that surround your brain and spine.

On a felt level, sessions often bring a deep sense of stillness, like dropping into a meditative ocean inside yourself. Many people describe it as a journey — waves of release, warmth, or a soft unwinding in places they didn’t even realize were holding tension. It is both subtle and profound, working with the body’s inner tides and the nervous system’s quiet whispers.

On a practical level, craniosacral therapy helps the body reset and rebalance. It supports relief from headaches and migraines, jaw tension, back pain, nervous system overwhelm, trauma, and chronic stress. It can improve sleep, digestion, and emotional well-being by gently guiding the body out of “fight or flight” and into a state of safety and rest.

In each session, you are invited into a cocoon of presence — a space where your system can release what it no longer needs and open to deeper ease, clarity, and vitality

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing practice that channels universal life force through the hands to support balance and restoration. With gentle touch or even just above the body, Reiki moves where it is most needed, flowing like light or warmth into the system.

On a felt level, Reiki often brings a deep calm, a sense of being wrapped in stillness or bathed in subtle waves of energy. Some people experience tingling, heat, or colors behind closed eyes; others simply feel peaceful and spacious, as though they are resting inside a quiet field of love.

On a practical level, Reiki supports the body and mind in releasing stress, easing tension, and enhancing the body’s natural capacity to heal. It can complement medical or therapeutic care, help restore energy after illness or fatigue, and create emotional clarity and resilience.

Each session offers a chance to step out of the noise of daily life and return to the quiet currents of your own vitality, opening space for relaxation, integration, and renewal.

"What does it mean to hold space for someone else? It means that we are willing to walk alongside another person in whatever journey they’re on without judging them, making them feel inadequate, trying to fix them, or trying to impact the outcome. When we hold space for other people, we open our hearts, offer unconditional support, and let go of judgment and control. Holding space is a key part of what we do in Upledger CranioSacral Therapy: being in neutral, supporting the client’s intuition and inner wisdom, creating a safe space – rather than trying to fix, give advice, judge, or even to know."
Dr. John E. Upledger
