Re - Membering our Ancestral Roots
Weaving the threads of our ancestral lineage

Mission
Re - Membering reminds us to put the pieces back together. To remember our ancestral gifts and weave the threads of remembrance so we can live life rooted.

Vision
A world where we remember we are all indigenous to this earth. We have all come from cultures who were deeply rooted with their land, their music, their trades. To remember where we come from and to carry the stories is the most important thing we can do for this world right now I believe. To live in a world where our cultural music and instruments is shared, our languages are kept. Diversity is celebrated.

My name is Madeline
My story with lineage work starts young. I come from many lineages that were nearly forgotten. I am a part of the Armenian diaspora, Irish and Scottish ancestor that came here long ago, and also some German, Cyprus, Arabic ancestors. My Armenian ancestors stories have been kept safe, but there was still a lot of assimilation that happened in my family. It has felt like my deep life purpose to reclaim my Armenian heritage and speak for my ancestors and our culture.
At a very young age I thought I was only German and Armenian and contemplated, how could I have an ancestry that caused a genocide and and an ancestry that escaped one.
This became a question that was the beginning of deep questioning.
Through many different initiations life has given me, I now see that I am deeply spiritually connected to one specific ancestor whom is my Great great grandmother Alton of my Armenian lineage. My Armenian lineage is my maternal lineage.
Through my own initiations and explorations I am here to help guide people back to their own roots. I do this through cultural exploration, meditations, rituals, and mentoring. I am here to hold the space you need to reconnect these roots, re-member what has been lost, and help you weave your own threads of your ancestry.
